First Prom Coast Mountain Bike Club AGM!

The agenda (login required) for this Wednesday’s Annual General Meeting to be held at the Foster Exchange Hotel at 7.30pm.

I have also attached a copy of the Model Rules for our club (Model-rules-for-an-incorporated-association) – these outline the ins and outs of how an incorporated club needs to operate and will give you an insight into the process of electing committee members, which will occur on Wednesday night (hopefully!).
